Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver to all emirates within the UAE.
  • Our products are sourced and dispatched from Dubai Municipality Butchery Branches.

Shipping Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day for delivery within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location within the UAE.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: Free for orders above AED 100. A flat fee of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 100.
  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Handling and Packaging

  • All meat products are vacuum-sealed or securely packed to maintain freshness during transit.
  • We use temperature-controlled vehicles for all deliveries to ensure products arrive in optimal condition.

Order Tracking

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Instructions

  • To ensure product freshness, please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address.
  • If no one is available, the package will be left at your specified location at your own risk.
  • We cannot guarantee the quality of products left unattended or not stored appropriately upon delivery.
